Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send the photo of the poor-quality print or damaged area when contacting our customer service team. Please contact our customer service to get the return address. Please be aware that simply returning to the sending address will not result in a refund of your transaction.
Reasons for Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
Please contact us before returning any products. To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we provide accurate sizing charts on each of our product pages. We do not allow returns/exchange/refunds due to buyers remorse or sizing issues.
1) Misprinted/damaged/defective items - We will replace any items if received damaged or of poor-quality, at no additional cost,or we can issue 100% refund.
2) Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is incorrect or considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
3) Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
4) Delivery Time Guarantees -
US Orders and Orders Shipped With EMS - If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was shipped then you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge.
All other international orders - If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days since the order was processed then you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge.
Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days following approval.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item
For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty/damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. If you received Free shipping for the item, then we will not be able to reimburse return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us via email Support or the Contact Us form prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the next steps.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
You can reach out to us at any time. However, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Promotional/Market Research items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, promotional/market research products cannot be refunded. This is clearly explained in the product description if a Product falls under this category.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support or by using the contact us form.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, contact us and we will guide you with the return instructions. We have warehouses throughout USA. So, depending on your location, we would direct you to ship the return product to the nearest warehouse.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
